Couples Counseling and Marriage Therapy for Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers, and Fayetteville

I moved to Northwest Arkansas a few years ago, and I had no idea of what a hidden gem this place is.

Mountain Biking on the Back-40 trail, great coffee, and of course cheering on the Razorbacks.

You may have moved here to work at the Wal-Mart Home office, or to be near relatives.

Or maybe you went to college at University of Arkansas, and have found a place to settle down and build your own family.

If you're new to the area, it can be challenging to find someone you trust to help give you tools to help your marriage.

Maybe you need to see someone to help your marriage hit the 'refresh' button.

Maybe you want to work on communication, but every time you take one step forward, you take three steps backwards.

Maybe since kids intimacy has changed, and having these conversations isn't working.

Maybe something has happened, and you don't know how to rebuild that trust you once had.

As a couples therapist, here are two big things you should know:

1. You aren't a bad person; I know you're stuck.

2. I believe you when you say that you want things to be better.

I'd be happy to dive in with you, and begin shifting your relationship towards where you want it to be.
