Please read these Terms and Disclaimer carefully before purchasing or using Breaking the Cycle (the “Course”). By purchasing, accessing, or using this Course, you agree to the following terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Breaking the Cycle is an educational relationship course designed to provide general information about relationship patterns, communication, and emotional regulation. The Course is not therapy, not counseling, and not mental health treatment.

Participation in this Course does not create a therapist–client, counselor–client, or healthcare provider–patient relationship between you and the course creator.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship

Although the Course is created by a licensed mental health professional, your participation in this Course does not establish a therapeutic relationship. No diagnosis, assessment, treatment, or individualized clinical guidance is provided.

Any future inquiry about therapy services will be evaluated separately and independently, without reference to Course participation.

3. Not a Substitute for Therapy or Crisis Support

This Course is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

The Course is not appropriate for individuals or couples experiencing:

• Ongoing domestic violence or abuse

• Active substance dependence

• Severe mental health conditions requiring clinical care

• Situations where there is a risk of harm to self or others

If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

4. No Individualized Advice

The Course content is generalized and educational. It does not take into account your specific relationship history, mental health status, or personal circumstances.

You agree not to rely on the Course as a source of individualized advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

Your participation in the Course is voluntary. You acknowledge that:

• Relationship work may bring up emotional responses

• You are responsible for your own emotional well-being

• You may stop or pause the Course at any time

You agree to take full responsibility for how you apply the information provided.

6. No Guarantees

While the Course is designed to offer helpful education and tools, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Relationships are complex, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of this Course.

7. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, including videos, worksheets, written content, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the course creator.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Share

• Sell

• Record

• Repurpose

any Course materials without prior written permission.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Course, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the course creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in or use of the Course.
