Online Education Groups designed for individuals who want to show up more securely in their relationships
Relationship Group Content and Information
Overall Goal: Relationship Education with Moments to Practice specific relationship skills you can take home to show up more secure.
Location: Zoom
Frequency: Every other Friday Afternoon beginning late 2026. 6 sessions.
Participants: 6-10 people online; divided by gender (men one week, women the other). These are closed groups to promote confidence in practicing skills during.
Investment: $50 per hour session
This is relationship education, not therapy.
Participating in these groups does not create any type of therapeutic relationship.
